Expansion is under way at the Rutgers Chabad center. The Chabad House will be more than twice its existing size by the time renovations are complete, making it the largest chabad center in the United States. In this video a local news network interviews Rabbi Yosef Carlbach, director of Chabad of Central New Jersey, about the construction.
